VON Chocolate Lovers' Brunch.

Editing and proofreading company Scribendi.com, is excited to donate to the Victorian Order of Nurses’ (VON) annual Chocolate Lovers’ Brunch on March 3, 2013 at Club Lentinas in Chatham, Ontario. The event will include an exquisite brunch, a lavish chocolate dessert buffet, and both silent and live auctions. Scribendi.com has donated a door prize valued at $100.

"The VON Chocolate Lovers’ Brunch is our signature event and anyone who has attended in the past will tell you that the cuisine is exquisite and the Chocolate Buffet is exceptional," says Kerry Beattie, VON Fund Development Coordinator. "We are grateful for the continued support from our sponsors and the community throughout the years and look forward to seeing everyone again this year!"

VON Chatham-Kent has supported our community for 74 years, with most services available at no cost to the client. VON offers the Kids’ Circle program, which provides illness and bereavement support to children and teens; Supportive Care to clients and families facing life-threatening illness or death; Look Good Feel Better, which is a workshop dedicated to helping women living with cancer; a seniors’ exercise program; a visitation program for clients who are lonely, isolated, or disabled; and a telephone support program that provides safety checks for clients who live alone.
