What about confidentiality? The materials I have are private or personal.

Only Scribendi.com employees have access to our site and order system, and all staff members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement before they can work for us. All client files are deleted from the site after four weeks, unless a client requests that we keep a copy for future reference. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. What types of files can you accept?

Currently, we can take most PC-compatible word processing program files, such as MS Word, WordPerfect, WordPad, Notepad, MS Works, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Open Office, Final Draft, LaTeX and webpages. We can also take most Apple/Macintosh and Linux/Unix files as long as they're saved or uploaded in PC-compatible formats. Just let us know how we should save the revised file to make it convenient for you to open when you get it back. If you are using LaTeX or some other program not listed here, save your file as a .tex or text (.txt), a Rich Text file (.rtf), or as a last resort, an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf).
