Are you guys actual human proofreaders, editors and translators or is it all done by machine/software?
It's real, live human beings doing the work here.
Do your prices include both translation and proofreading of the translation?
When you send us something, what you get back is a ready-to-go translation. We double-check what we've sent you for typos, style and errors.
Do you offer proofreading in other languages?
If you have something you've written in a language other than English, and you want it proofread, we offer separate proofreading services for those languages as well. Just go here for more details.
What language pairs do you offer?
Check our translation services page for the various language pairs we currently offer. New pairs are added frequently, and we may also be able to outsource for your particular language needs. Just contact us with details.
What word count do you use to determine pricing?
We use the "source" word count - that is, we take the word count of your document as it is before translation, and base the price on that.
