What about confidentiality? The materials we have are private or personal, and/or refer to business procedures or other sensitive subjects.

Only Scribendi employees have password access to our Web site and order system, and they are required to sign confidentiality agreements before they work for us. All client files are deleted from the site after four weeks, unless a client requests that we keep a copy for future reference. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We also have a secure site - Scribendi uses industry standard (128-bit SSL) encryption for communications between your computer and our site. If you require a specific non-disclosure agreement, contact us and we'll send one to you.

We'd like to use your firm to offer value-added services to our clients, but we're not keen on letting our customers know that we outsource. Can we integrate our processes somehow?

Yes. We can set up one or more linked accounts so that your customer service reps can send us material via our standard Web site order form. Or we may be able to design a seamless interface on your Web site that carries your brand and your message, but which brings the document back into our infrastructure for processing and delivers it either back to you or back to the client directly. There are many permutations. Talk to us today with your project needs.

Do you offer discounts for bulk/long term standing orders and/or business relationships?

Of course. Just send us details of the hoops we need to jump through, and we'll set up to assist you.

What are your business hours?

Our Web site is open for orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our editing staff are based all over the world, so they're also on duty 24/7. Our administrative staff are available between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST (GMT -5); we generally answer all emails within 24 hours, if not sooner.
